Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop at www.beyondsilk.com and to corporate orders placed via the contact form or by email to info@beyondsilk.com. The seller is beyondSilk; contact details are provided in the Legal Notice (Impressum).

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on the website is an invitation to order and does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting an order via the online shop or, for corporate orders, via the contact form or by email, you make an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email; for orders placed in the online shop, the automatic order confirmation constitutes this acceptance. All scarves are a limited final edition; orders are subject to availability.

3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). No value added tax is charged.

4. Payment
Available payment methods: credit card, Twint and PayPal. Goods are dispatched after receipt of payment. For corporate orders, payment terms are agreed individually.

5. Delivery
We deliver free of charge within Switzerland. For deliveries to Germany, France, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom, a flat fee of CHF 50 per shipment applies, covering shipping, duties and taxes.

Delivery to other countries is not available.

Delivery in Switzerland is normally made within 5 working days of conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment. Deliveries to Germany, France, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom usually take 8 business days.

6. Returns
We grant a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Minor colour deviations from product images result from the printing process and do not constitute a defect. Silk is a natural product; care instructions must be observed.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence and for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

9. Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy applies, available at www.beyondsilk.com/datenschutz.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the seller, to the extent permitted by law.
